ADP Mobile Solutions Tutorial

I'm going to help you download your ADP mobile solutions app, that's what we use to clock in and out at events for gourmet events Hawaii.

First thing you're going to do is go ahead and find your App Store for iPhones or Google Play Store for Android iPhones, looks like that you look for ADP mobile solutions, spelled out here with the white background and red letters, once you download that, it will pop up on your home screen looking like that there, and the first time you're actually going to have to set up as a new user is to register your information, that we put into ADP clicking register as new user, as that pulls up, it will ask you for a registration code, that registration code is GE H - 1 2 3 4, that's the same for everyone.

Then it will prompt you for more information, wanting to set up an account for gourmet events Hawaii, and it'll ask you for your first name, last name, last 4 digits of your social security number, and then your birth month and day, from here you're going to set up some security questions, we'll take no more than 5 minutes, and you'll be on your way to work our events with us, so as you'll need to clock in 5 minutes prior to your scheduled start time, you're going to pull up the app.

Here input in your username that you've created and hit next now, it's asking for a password here, and click login, very simple, it takes a couple seconds and looks like I inputted that incorrectly, now if you do put it more than three times, it will lock you out, so if you don't remember what it is, please do not continue, just go to forgot password here and login, so once you are into the ADP mobile app, there is a clock function here that automatically pops up to clock in and out at events, you're actually going to transfer in and you would punch out, so the transfer function does select your pay rates as well as the event, so that we can easily categorize everyone and find everyone's clock ins and outs.

So for the position it's alphabetical, and you're going to search with bar and goes all the way up, most of the events will be server at that $15 an hour for off site, and then you also need to select the event now, it's in numerical order by date 160312, that means 2016 March 12th, and this is the events you'll be able to see your position and events name on staff mate, once you get this far with the position and events, you'll hand this over to a lead, and they'll actually hit the submit button for you, please do not, we ask that all employees do not clock in with their position and events, that you actually have a lead confirm that you're selecting the right information prior to, so if you don't know your position or you don't know your event going back to the clock function, you can easily just hit punch, that helps us a lot to just track your time in and out, and that's completely ok as well.

And it would record just like that, so we got our punch in my shift start to have 5:45, so I'm within 2 minutes now, once you're clocked in one great thing, once you log in for the first time, you can save all your information by going to your settings and going to log in and security here, actually you can save my user ID, so I don't have to put that in next time, and then I can switch to a four digit PIN instead of putting in my password, so I'll go ahead and select a four digit PIN, I'll have to put it in twice here, and then save it, and it's successfully changed, so potentially the next time I log in, I don't have to put all that information and all I'm going to do is put in that four digit PIN, and also for some of the newer phones, it actually enables a touch ID or being able to put in your fingerprint, so the next time potentially all I have to do is place my thumbprint like I do clock in with my phone, so when it pulls out going back in, it can be easy as selecting my fingerprint here, and that's it.
